Clearwater River Casino

Ted was adopted out of Colorado and raised in the Seattle area. He has been performing since the age of ten. In 2006 he went to Laughlin, NV to compete in the Talent Quest ’06 competition involving 28 states, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada taking first place. He then went on to win KOMO TV 4′s N.W. Afternoon Celebrity Look Alike Contest.

In just a very short time Ted has developed into a national act. He performs all over the country at casinos, show rooms, night clubs, fraternal clubs, private parties, fairs and festivals. Last year Ted was at the John Denver Festival, The CMA Fan Fair Festival in Nashville, the Travelin’ Inc Country Cruise with Darryl Worley & Storme Warren (http://www.travelininc.com/CountryCruise2010.html) among many other venues.

The most heard comments after the show are, “I can’t believe how much he looks and sounds like John Denver, it really took us back!”

“A Centennial Celebration”

In an effort to revive a greater sense of community, the City of Lapwai, Nez Perce Tribe, Lapwai School District, and community members have joined together to re-establish an annual event that celebrates our community, history and culture. With its long history and rich culture our community is in a position to establish and create an event to remember and be celebrated for years to come.

This year, the event coincides with the City of Lapwai celebrating 100 years, activities planned include: Nez Perce Film Festival, Heritage Parade, Concerts, Community Dinner, Community Yard Sale, Art Show/Market, History Wall, Bounce Carnival, 3-on-3 Tournament, Horseshoe Tournament, Family Fun Run/Walk, Rez Olympics, Dunk Tank, Church in the Park, and Friendship Powwow. Jones worked with songwriter/producer Brett Beavers on his debut album, Ferris Wheel. The album’s title track was released May 2011, and entered the Hot Country Songs charts at number 59 for the chart dated June 11, 2011.

American country music singer-songwriter and actress. She is the daughter of country music singer Mel Tillis. As the daughter of country star Mel Tillis, she grew up in Nashville and made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry at age 8, singing “Tom Dooley.”

She has earned the CMA female vocalist of the year award and a Grammy nomination. In 2000 she bacame a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
